Inspired by our ION titanium pocket flashlight but redesigned for even greater power and versatility, HIKARI features three NICHIA LED emitters, delivering an incredible 1,500 lumens of high-CRI illumination and pairs up nicely with our SHOZEN Titanium Pocket knife.

The battery itself will feature a USB-C port but you can use any compatible 18350 battery that you may already own (e.g. our DART Flashlight uses 18350)
• Versatile Carry Options – Features a removable pocket clip for secure attachment to your pocket or bag, plus a magnetic tailcap for hands-free lighting when mounted to metal surfaces.

Triple NICHIA 519A Emitters

HIKARI's incredible brightness is provided by three NICHIA 519A LEDs. By using NICHIA's industry-best emitters, we are able to pack a 1500 lumen punch into your pockets.

Mode Operation

MOONLIGHT MODES:

From OFF, press and hold down for 1.5 seconds. Moonlight Mode 1: Low Power. Press and hold again for 1 second to advance to the next moonlight mode; Moonlight Mode1 > Moonlight Mode 2 > Moonlight Mode 3, and back to Moonlight Mode 1. Press once quickly to turn off and set that mode to mode memory.

GENERAL (REGULAR) MODES:

While the flashlight is OFF, press once quickly and the light turns on. You are now in Mode 1: Low Power. Press and hold for 1 second will advance to the next mode; Mode 1 > Mode 2 > Mode 3, and back to Mode 1. Press once quickly to turn OFF and to store that mode into mode memory. The next time you power on, it will start from that last mode.

MAXIMUM (TURBO) MODE:

From any mode, click twice to jump into the brightest setting. This mode can get hot and therefore after a few seconds may automatically jump down to a lower mode. This is to be used sparingly.

SELF-DEFENSE STROBE:

Used for self-defense, the strobe mode can temporarily blind an assailant and may potentially stop a threat. Click three times from any mode. Press once quickly to turn OFF. Note: This mode cannot be stored in mode memory. Press and hold for 1 second to go into SOS and 1 second again for SOS. Press once quickly to exit.

LED POWER INDICATOR LIGHT:

The RGB LED indicator around the side button switch can be used to estimate when the flashlight should be recharged. A blue light means there is a good amount of battery left. A solid red LED indicates that the flashlight battery is being drained quickly (below 3.1V) and may need to be recharged. The battery itself also has an LED indicator on it. Red means charging, green means charging is complete.

SPECIAL BREATHING MODE:

To be used as a simple mood-light and for fun, while the flashlight is LOCKED, simply press once quickly and the blue LED indicator will start to breathe.

RECHARGING YOUR HIKARI:

Remove the battery from the flashlight. Use the supplied USB Type-C and insert into the USB Type-C port on the battery itself.
